    Re: Extreme Custom700, Soltis Rifles Signature Rifle ...they soften the recoil jolt just slightly, their additional weight probably helps more with the recoil just making the overall rifle/platform heavier...muzzle brakes are where the true felt-recoil reduction is achieved...
