Re: Wyatts Detachable Mag need info I ran a .338 Ultra Mag with a Wyatt's drop mag that held 9 rounds of RUM ammo. It was kind of klunky but it worked well. I never had a malfunction with the system. I currently run AI mag set ups. I find them more universal.- badshot338
