    Re: cross fit I'm not in Ohio but I do crossfit depending on how many people are in the gym. I mix it up between the their daily workouts and making up one on my own. I enjoy it gives you a little change up and keeps your body thinking.

    Re: Jack3d There is a new drug in develpoment though. They're mixing Oxycodon and Cialis, they're calling it "Mycoxsafloppin" Simular to Jack3d.........kinda Now that is funny!!! I have used Jacked3d for awhile and have not had any issues with it but it has produced good results in the gym.

    Re: kansas In you are not able to travel to much the hunting on post at Leavenworth down along the river. If you take the time to do some scouting and get off the path you will do well. I bow hunted it while my wife was there for school and saw some decent bucks. Good Luck

    Re: Have you ever used a weighted vest? I use one while walking I use mine rather than a ruck just for the fact it sits closer to the body. I do not run in one anymore it much stress on the knees but I like training with one
