That’s simple,but I just spent five minutes wondering what a “pic rail” was.Proper terminology is very important!!,I also stopped by Harbor freight for all these little levels and clamps….I always did it by eye before but I need to make this rifle perfect for long range so I wanted to do it...- shootrj2003

Begara BMR Steel Barrel picked up today
anybody interested,you can put an .030 shim under the front of theBMR scope rail to level it ,I used an old NYState liscense and punched the two holes with a leather punch.- shootrj2003

Pros and cons
What are the pros and cons of the steel vs carbon barrels,specifically on the Bergera BMR rifle.?well besides the weight and cost factors .weight may be a positive thing for accuracy ,while the carbon does look good- shootrj2003

Begara BMR Steel Barrel picked up today
It seems that someone with a 3-D printer could make a magazine body for these Bergaras and a follower not sure on the rubbery bottom and the spring is something to work on .I’m not real knowledgeable about the process but it seems a good bet. Lyman 30/06 DA die
I went to load 30/06, my only seating die was a DA die,I heard it stood for "double adjustable" saw guys on another site get into a bad argument over it,and could find no info or instructions on them,I just raised the shell holder up with a case in it,then screwed Down the die with the bullet...- shootrj2003

I think this would qualify as vintage. And vintage sniper. I built my Mauser ,mod 98 about 20 years ago with a With a With a Shilen heavy Sporter bbl in 30/06 ,great shooter wish there was a range to stretch it out on near me but it does tiny groups at 100 yds.
