    So, I know the NXS 2.5-10 is still one of the top in this category. But what other options are out there for a decent mil/mil FFP with good glass for a 14.5" SPRish beater.

    I love the range of suggestion including up to a 5-25 on this post. I've been looking at the VUDU 2.5-10 and the Credo 2-10 for a similar bill (although .223). The pricing on some of these scopes is outstanding considering the features and quality. I'd go with another NF 2.5-10 but ADD is funner.

    I cerakote all of my stuff. Keeps rust off and it's durable as hell if done correctly. If you have instagram look up hammergunworx who does all my work or blowndeadline. Both do great kryptek!

    Thanks for the inspiration, I did this with an A2 for my dmr build I'm doing. I'm always short on cash so everything helps. I added slots to make it adjustable and knob from lowes to make it easy to manipulate.

    Instead of white use rustoleum camo sage. Its just enough green to not stand out. For stencils take wax paper and put 2" blue painters tape on each side, covering both sides allows for 2 of each stencil. Looks good op.
