When I bought mt savage 10 bas the bolt assy screw was rough around the bolt head, looks like their wrench slipped a bit. I called up savage and they shipped me a replacement. Re: Used Nighforce? Yeah, the rifle its going on it a tactical/target rifle used for long range paper and steel. at 16 pounds a bit heavy to lug around hunting, and if it was to go the 8 power may be a tad bit, but I love the fact that it doubles as a spotting scope when at the range...- Highpoint

I have a chance to buy a used nightforce nxs 8-32x56 with np-r1, in good condition, with nightforce rings. I heard that nightforce will stand behind there warrenty on used scopes, and almost positive this is true. I know this is a top quality scope and I can get a new one with rapid turrents...- Highpoint
