    I have lost over 20 lbs and gained some muscle while on keto so far. I had to wait a few weeks after starting, before I did any lifting at all. It takes a while for the body to adjust to burning fat. Electrolytes were key for me, to avoid feeling like shit.

    It is not just plain water you have put something else in it. Water will work against you in large enough quantities for electrolyte purposes. Now I have to look it up.

    Let me know how your results are coming along. If I remember correctly the fog and walking dead feeling comes from a lack of electrolytes caused by the diet. There is some sort of mixture of water and something else to restore life.
