    Either stark grip or find a guy locally to tig weld it, then sand it flush and paint the lower. Been there, done that except I broke of both ears on my first AR build. Tig and paint was the way I went.

    Gunsmithing Breaking Radius on barrel tennon for recoil lug?

    I leave the tool nose radius on the barrel and I put a chamfer on the recoil lug while I am opening the diameter of the hole in it for trued up threads.

    Gunsmithing Rem 700 300WM tp 300 RUM conversion

    A RUM chamber should clean up a WM chamber when you ream it. It should also feed fine with the rails but you will need to go to an RUM mag box which has windows cut out in it. I would make up a dummy round that fits in the mag box and have PTG grind you a reamer to match.

    For me I sight in wind and then leave it alone. I will hold for wind when shooting. But I am always fiddling with the parallax when switching distances. So the traditional setup works great for me.

    TRG magazines

    I have 2 trg 22 with 4 mags total. All mags feed slicker than a greased owl turd in both guns. Are you mags sloppy in the gun? You can adjust the tension with a little block under the forearm.
