    Re: How far would you shoot at an Elk? Just this last week me and a buddy helped a friend shoot a cow elk. He was using my .308 the shot was at 760 meters. One shot she went about 20 meters and tipped over. When gutting her out we found he double lunged her.

    Re: Vortex Viper Just recieved mine 2 weeks ago appears to be fairly good glass keep in mind I bought this knowing full well it was not going to be a nightforce, schmidt, or lupy. Have not used it yet but appears to be a pretty good bang for the buck but we will find out.
