    Keep in mind, just because you have read about better offers doesnt mean that they exist or happen. I saw a guy on Facebook last week telling everyone he could buy gen 2 4.5-27's for 1100 bucks all day long, so they guy listing his use 4.5-27 for 1800 with rings was crazy.

    They should have paint covering most of it, not some. My vote goes to over lapping. As others have recommended, get good rings like seekins, and throw your lapping bar away.

    Without question YES. The RZR 5-20 is a great scope, and it will serve you well, but the gen 2 really raised the bar.

    You know nothing until you shoot it. Bore sighters are to get you close and that's it. The bore sighter could be way off.

    If he orders today it will probably be January before he gets it. The dealers who are getting them ordered in January. Your dealer didn't have the forward thinking to order early, so he is blaming Vortex.

    Keep in mind that external hand adjust turrets are worthless if you buy a cheap scope that doesn't track. Ill echo the SS recommendations.
