    Re: 1911 Govt model WITH RAIL inside the pants holster Surprisingly as ugly and big as the crossbreed is. It is really comfortable on me. The leather conforms to your body and with the wider spacing of the clips, it distributes the weight of a full size pistol like my old Springfield 1911.

    Re: 40x bipod mount Its called a Freeland rail IIRC. My 40X stock had one. I purchased a Bipod adapter from Brownells or Sinclair International. I had to file the T-Nuts a little to fit in the rail but that only took about 15 min, and its really solid. Hope this helps, AS

    Re: Coming Soon The "Meat Stick" I have the A1 style McMillan stock and had to butcher a mouse pad and layer it to get me the 3/4" for a proper cheekweld and sight picture thru my USO. I would love to have the Adj. cheek piece on my stock. I say keep it.
