    Ehh...the .30-03 and .30-06 aren't the same. The cases are slightly different and the bullets are much different.

    Somehow a i can hold a 2 MOA rack AR and get 2 MOA groups but I can't hold a .75 MOA National Match Service Rifle and get .75 MOA groups. (On bags I can get .75.)

    Norfolk to Jacksonville is 9 hours. Even if you fly you'll waste a day waiting at the gate, on a lay over, and at baggage claim.
