Fair enough. My own opinion on that changed for similar reasons. Also a few others. There has been a whole lot of turmoil politically over the last 20 years, it seems people should be willing to question how valid their own opinions are before challenging others to change.- SledDog

Physical Fitness Deadlifts?
I used to do pyramid sets. Something like 8-6-4-6-8 with increased weight to the middle then removing weight on the way back down. When full set was easy to complete I’d start adding on. It sort of naturally grows. I was never a guy who looked much at maxes though.- SledDog
