    upper/lower fit

Re: upper/lower fit if it wasn't tight it wouldn't be "precision," would it? most people try to make their sniper rifles tighter, not looser. but if you think that is going to help then by all means give a go and see what happens.

Anyone have a good suggestion on where to go in Georgia to get my rifle threaded and a good muzzle brake? any recommendation on brakes? equally important any brakes I should specifically avoid? this if for a 7.62 nato not interested in sending it out of state unless it is only a few hours...

Rifle Scopes IOR never to much glass

Re: IOR never to much glass only issue I was ever aware of was on some of their dot scopes, and the issue was paint inside flaking off. But my understanding is that that was a bad "batch" and they replaced those for people. They seem to back their product.

Rifle Scopes New optic for AR, Razor HD 1-6?

Re: New optic for AR, Razor HD 1-6? I'd go for the IOR Valdada 1-8x26, it will make a big difference in light with the bigger 35mm tube as well better shooting at the long distances!!

Rifle Scopes IOR never to much glass

Re: IOR never to much glass NICE!! I have IOR's 3-18x42 on my FNAR and their 2-12x32 on my Sig Sauer M400 Let say, since buy the first and realizing the difference between IOR and the "other" scope I had, the others have gone on the shelf and caused me to buy more IOR !! I did a lot of...

    Rifle Scopes Scope Clearance

Re: Scope Clearance it depends. will you ever be throwing night vision on in front of it? Even if I never intend to put anything in front, I still don't want it that close for potential heat factor if nothing else, plus never know the future will hold in terms of potential new lens covers...

Rifle Scopes Leupold's New Mk 6 1-6x24 Tactical review at SHOT!

Re: Leupold's New Mk 6 1-6x24 Tactical review at SHOT! at that price point I would take an IOR Valdada 1-10x26 any day of the week. just my opinion. I think IOR and SS scopes give a lot more bang for the buck than others

    Rifle Scopes Burris or ss

Re: Burris or ss what is your budget? realistically, I don't see either of those scopes fitting your requirements. And honestly, putting those scopes on that rifle is like putting retreads on a Ferrari, it might get you where you are going, but it's not ideal to say the least. 1. if you...

your 2nd (not 1st) choice for 308 ammo?

This is first my querry, hopefully it isn't too redundant for you more experienced shooters. Okay, here's the deal: I'm not rich, and I can't get my ammo for free or cut rate via LE or the like. I assume a lot of you are in the boat. I use the high dollar match for sighting in my rifles or...

Re: New guy looking into buying my first rifle. For all you fellows telling this chap he should buy a 22, I'd like you to think back to when you were turning 21 years of age. Let's say you hadn't "owned" a rifle yet and were looking to buy your first. If a bunch of guys who didn't know you...
