    17 will work fine but it is not as temperature stable as 16. Not to mention is a lot easier to come by.

    Reloader 16 works good for 140's , more velocity than H4350. Have not tried with 130. I used to use H4350 but tried Reloader 16 in the Creedmoor and like it better. Consistent velocities even with big temperature swings.
