Rifle Scopes Can't decide, first scope, scared to decide!!!!

Re: Can't decide, first scope, scared to decide!!!! Another option to look at is an ACOG/offset T1 combo. To me this trumps a 1-4 setup, and both optics are practically bombproof. One requires no batteries and the other will last years off a battery and can be left on. With a 5 degree cant of...

Rifle Scopes Bubble level too close for comfort.. Need advice

While I was mounting up a new scope I ran into a problem with a question. I'm using IOR 35mm low rings on a Badger 20 moa base and my bubble level I feel is too close to the scope. Maybe 1mm or two. Will this be a problem? Here's a crappy iphone picture to show what I'm talking about.

Cleaning AR-15 parts with an Ultra sonic cleaner?

Re: Cleaning AR-15 parts with an Ultra sonic cleaner? Do not use water. Try a quart of low odor mineral spirits mixed with a couple ounces of your favorite CLP. Give it a good pre-scrub with a brush then give it a bath. How long determines how dirty. Hope this helps.
