    Rifle Scopes S&B 1-8x

Re: S&B 1-8x I gave up, twice, buying a 2.5-10 NF the first time and a 3-12 Hensoldt the second. S&B is pissing off their customers announcing this and never delivering. If it is not ready, don't show it and talk about it.

Rifle Scopes Whats a decent rimfire scope (cz 452 rifle)

Re: Whats a decent rimfire scope (cz 452 rifle) I run Zeiss Conquests on 2 of my CZs. Great glass for the money, but not $200-250 either. Mine are mildot, target turrets, side focus (down to 30yds), but you can get cheaper ones. Here is one on my trainer:

Any fellow Steyr AUG owners out there?

Re: Any fellow Steyr AUG owners out there? I have one of the A3s. Trigger can be improved quite a bit with a Trigger Tamer.

    Scar-17 tips/tricks and ammo recommendations?

Re: Scar-17 tips/tricks and ammo recommendations? +1 on the Geiselle trigger. Major, major improvement. Magpul selector lever is an improvement IMO, but not a huge one. Mine eats any and all ammo so far - Argy, SA, Winchester NATO, American Eagle 150gr, Federal 147gr NATO FMJ, FGMM 168gr...

Scope suggestions for CZ452 American--small game

Re: Scope suggestions for CZ452 American--small game No reason to go small on the objective in order to lower the scope. The bolt throw on the CZ 452/455 prevents you from really low mounting, unless you have a scope with an abnormally small/thin occular bell. Weight/handling, however, is...

Rifle Scopes Where Does the Aimpoint T1 Fit?

Re: Where Does the Aimpoint T1 Fit? I run them on a Benelli M4 and a Sig 556 SBR. They work great. I tried one on an RFB but didn't like the way it looked (I know, who cares...) because it needed to be so high above the rail (AR height). For me, the T1 is a 200m and less optic.

Rifle Scopes Barrett Adjustable 15/40 MOA Rings - Photos

Re: Barrett Adjustable 15/40 MOA Rings - Photos I use the 34mm 20MOA/30MOA version on my Model 99. They work very well. No issues so far.

    Suppressors NFA Trust Question

Re: NFA Trust Question Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer. Nowhere in your trust does it need to have a single list of all the items. When you add items to the trust you do it with an assignment page that then becomes part of the trust. So if you add 10 items, one at a time, you could have ten...

    SIG 556

Re: SIG 556 I have two Sig 556s. One is a pistol converted to an SBR. Both run 100%. It is a reliable platform in my experience. Triggers are pretty good for a battle carbine. Some of the early ones had canted rails and a few other early QC issues. Anything you find with a folding stock...

    CZ 452 Triiger Kit

Re: CZ 452 Triiger Kit I put Automated Solutions adjustable sears into both my CZ 452s. It's a good solution as well. I like being able to tune the release to just where I want it. On one I used the AS lightweight spring and maxed out the adjustment (to the heavy side) and got 1.5 lbs. On...

    Gun safe for my ARs

Re: Gun safe for my ARs Get what you like that fits within your budget. You will then realize what is most important to you for when you purchase the next one. Then you can keep the ammo in the first one. You can spend months researching "safes" (RSCs actually) and I won't go into that...

Who wants a good rimfire tactical scope?

Re: Who wants a good rimfire tactical scope? I would buy at least one, and probably more as I scope more .22s. I just went through a long search to find such a scope with quality glass. It was frustrating with the lack of choices.

    Zero distance for .22 LR

Re: Zero distance for .22 LR Like most others, I zero at 50yds and I dial for elevation if needed. Most of my shooting with this rifle is from 20-100yds right now. My parallax adjusts down to 30m.

    Savage accutrigger problems

Re: Savage accutrigger problems Well, I can't help with "other than increasing the pull weight," but I'll share my experience. I had the same problem on my LRPV. A slight adjustment on the trigger, per the Savage instructions, cured it all. Mine is pretty consistent at 26-28 ounces...
