Poor man's barometer? Also would like some of your dope...
Downloaded Nikon Spot On app for my Iphone. It has a button to "get current conditions" based on your GPS location. Gives you Baro, elevation, temp, humidity, GPS Datum, and windspeed for your current location. Seems pretty accurate. Not sure where it pulls its info from.- carp

Thumbhole Stock vs. Non-Thumbhole Stock... does it matter?
I think it comes down to personal preference. Personally, I would lean towards a more traditional profile. What is legal in California today may not be tomorrow the way things are going, and thumbhole grips look devestatingly evil and clearly are infinitly more dangerous in the eyes of some...- carp
