Re: Ebelrestock Fac Track vs Halftrack
I like the FAC track better because you can attach molle pouches as needed to the sides. Also, get on promotive.com to get a fat discount and additional color options on eberlestock packs.
Re: Anyone own an Eberlestock Skycrane?
Hmm, mine has a strap that weaves into the molle on the pack, and 2 plastic clips that also clip onto the molle. 2 of the buckles for the cap connect to the buckes ontop of the pack on the outside.
Re: LaRue Tactical
I ordered just a sling once to my APO, and I got an awesome care package with it to even include dip. One of the best firearms related companys out there.
I'm looking for a spotting scope to make positive identification of people carrying short AKs slung up to 2000m away, basically I need something with more magnification and clarity than 10x binos and rifle scopes. I've been looking at the leopold mark 4 and gold ring HD, but some reviews I've...
Re: Quality scope caps
Something more rugged too, the BC caps I had on my Leupold MK4 didn't even survive the civilian air flight the last time I flew to the sandbox.

Perhaps list out what are you trying to protect your scope from...
I purchased a S&B PMII 5-25x56 and I'd like to get some good caps to protect it now, any suggestions? (it came with some butler creek flip ups which are kind of a joke for this scope)
Re: Question for our Troops over seas
Yea what they said. I'd say the most liked things here are dip, baby wipes, sour candy, new magazines and beef jerky
Re: Quality quick detach scope mount
Repeatability when remounting would be nice but I'm probably going to confirm the zero when switching anyway. How about the GG&G QD mount? They claim 1/2 MOA repeatability when remounting.
Re: Quality quick detach scope mount
The pmII 5-25x56. I'm going to use it on either a desert tac srs .338 or Sako Trg 42 but i'd like to be able to swap it to other weapons systems easily to and not have to worry about the torque wrench.
I would probably want a 25 or 30 MOA cant.

I've settled on the scope, which reticle is best on it? I'll be getting the ffp model and using it from 100-1500m with a .338 rifle on paper and softskined targets.
