Anyone own an Eberlestock Skycrane?

I've been running an Eberlestock Phantom for a couple of years and just acquired a Skycrane in a trade yesterday. I got it home and the scabbard doesn't appear to be attached to the pack and I can't figure out how in the hell it is supposed to be. I've looked at the pics on the Eberlestock website and I sent them an email today asking for help but haven't heard back yet. It's like a puzzle that I can't figure out how to put together and it's driving me nuts.

Anyone have one who could help? Maybe snap a pic or two for me? This thing is HUGE and I'll probably trade it off as I don't really need another pack but the curiosity is killin me.

I honestly don't know. I didn't realize they offered different scabbards. On the scabbard I have there are four buckles which are for the scabbard cap (I believe) and two flaps of velcro which appear to be for attaching the scabbard to the pack but I can't figure out where they're supposed to go.

Hmm, mine has a strap that weaves into the molle on the pack, and 2 plastic clips that also clip onto the molle. 2 of the buckles for the cap connect to the buckes ontop of the pack on the outside.
