Re: 308 Vargert or Rl-15 Both powders are good and pretty close in terms of what FPS they deliver. The RL-15 is going to burn dirtier than the Varget. I have had great results using 46.0 grains of RL-15 with Lapua cases and 155 scenars. I know Vihtavuori N540 is supposed to be a pretty hot...- SavageSlayer

Re: Is this normal? I have heard of people changing only bullets and no other components that were shooting as much as 5 inches off thier prvious zero. I don't know if that is normal, and I have never experienced it. It makes since that if you change something your zero will change.- SavageSlayer

Since I am a hunter in California I have to use lead free ammo. My 10FP shoots the 168 gr. Barnes TTSX...- SavageSlayer

Nothing is wrong with the barrel I have now other than it fowls a lot, but I can usually shoot .5 to.75 MOA with my hand loads...- SavageSlayer
