    Does Almost Lightweight count :D Naked I'm at just under 6 lbs, with a 20 oz scope and rings right at 7 lbs 8 ozs so pretty nice to carry in the mountains.

    Not 100% sure but that action sure looks a lot like a Tuebor Precision Ti action?? Is it possible they have just rebranded it with their name ? Always thought the flutes on their bolts looked kinda funky.

    Another one you might consider is the Defiance Rebel - if you spec it out right it can be pretty lightweight and just a really nice action. This is their medium action but at 25 ozs its one to consider?? Long action shouldn't be much more.

    Anyone ever had any issues with their carbon barrels after getting the metal parts Cerakoted? Does the Cerakote baking on process cause any possible issues with the CF de-laminating? Had a fellow tell me it does but I've never seen it mentioned before.

    They come in even a little lighter than that (y) Just picked up a 2nd one for another build - they are a nice option especially if running a CF wrapper barrel.

    If going with Defiance you might also consider the Rebel, if you order it right its pretty lightweight and makes for a fine hunting action IMHO. Just a bit over 25 ozs for a short action so not a lot more than the AnTi.

    Since you said you will likely have GAP build the rifles why not just build one of their Xtreme Hunters but ask them to use a #4 contour Bart CF barrel instead of a #3 SS barrel? That gets you pretty much what you described in your post. Should be a nice rifle when all done.
