Re: ok so AI stocks look really cool.. Here is my friends Rem 700 PSS in an AI stock . I like it, and have shot it quite a few times, but i prefer my my Rem 700 5-R stock with the Karsten Cheek piece. I just think the AI is too heavy and, for me personally, hard to shoot consistently...- mrgreentie

I'm proud of it so far... just need a new trigger. Oh, and a new barrel soon. Thinking Krieger. It has a 1 in 11.25" twist, and shoots awesome with 43 grains of Varget and a 175gr SMK but i'm tempted to go with a 1 in 10" twist in the next barrel. So many choices and so few dollars Here...- mrgreentie

So I was in my favorite gunshop yesterday and I noticed what seemed to be the 5R in a 20" configuration. I asked to see the rifle and YUP it was. It is the exact same rifle but with a 20" barrel.
