I'm no expert but people are crazy, had a replacement Ruger Super Blackhawk come through shop because owner tried to make a hot 44 mag deer round. In savages defense...smokeless powder is a weight measurement and typical muzzle loader guys that do NOT reload often do not know what they are doing and are used to volume measuring...and oh it is close enough type measuring. Suppressors What is correct way to sell a suppressor?
Couple other things to consider. If he is out of state it has to transfer to a dealer in the buyers state, then transfer to buyer making it a double stamp silencer ($400 atf tax). Also some guys will add said person to trust so they can take possession of said can while they wait on atf...- combat45acp

Most corrections are approved in a week or two if the dealer posts the control number on envelope it will help get to the right desk faster too. So if you are mailing it back, write it on envelope and highlight it.- combat45acp
