Re: Best caliber for accuracy? Also it appears that Remington doesn't sell barreled actions to the public. Would a similar Howa be just as good? That would save me some extra bucks to buy the B&C stock I've been eyeballing and a nice trigger group.- joshua414

Re: Best caliber for accuracy? I really appreciate all the recommendations made and think that I will be going with something in the Remington 700 .223 flavor. As many of you said it will be a good caliber to get my feet wet with, without breaking the bank. I'm currently looking at the SPS...- joshua414

Rifle Scopes compact rifle scope for AR-15
Im looking for a compact scope for my AR. The scope I really like is the NightForce 2.5-10x32 but i cant afford it. Is there anything similar to this scope in the sub $800 market. I want something small, 30mm tube and illuminated. Any suggestions are appreciated.- joshua414
