strange range rules
Severe “Elmer Fudd” syndrome! Lots of old bullseye/bench rest shooters and wannabes on club boards cannot come to grips that steel and frames are consumables. It took me and others over 3 years to convince a NC club to allow steel. Once we did it took several more to prove costs actually go down...- branson1369
