    R700 .308 oppinions?

    Re: R700 .308 oppinions? Here is California only military and law enforcement folks can use the can on the end of the barrel. However I use my Left Hand LTR 20" and it will drop just about anything out to 600 yards. It has 1n12 and handles 125 to 175 grain bullets equally well.

    Re: Did I make a huge .223 rifle mistake ? Plenty of surplus brass for sale on gun broker, M14 and AR15 Forums. Reloading is fun and you can find used reloading gear on a number of web sights. I bet there are a number of reloaders in your area that would be happy to show you how to get started.

    Re: Remington 700 bolt lubrication question Well I guess someone old needed to put their two cents in on this question. I use U.S. Army rifle grease from a one pound can on my M1 Garands, Swiss K31's, my former M1A's, and my 1903a3 and my Remington LTR. And a little bit of gun oil.

    Re: Got My First Tac Ops.. Those hi-power scopes are nice but right now there are very good deals on U.S. Optics ST10 units on the hide and their products are well made and reliable. I have two of them. One for tactical and the other for my Swiss K31 for steel targets out to 500 meters.
