    howa hands down...with 175 berger otm's mine will keep 1/2 moa to about 800 and 1 moa out to 1160 which is as far as ive taken it so far.

    My best for accuracy out of a 20" barrel is 41.7. It's a 1" @ 300yds. I've had no problems out to 1150 or so with 175 berger otm's. Not done much with the Sierra.

    knowing they are almost impossible to find I suggest its your primer. too hot capable of pressure spikes that can cause your problem. your load is the exact same as mine except for the primer and it is extremely accurate. if you can find a good match primer I expect your problem will be...

    spend a grand on any production rifle savage howa Remington etc. replace or have the trigger reworked so it breaks like an icecicle and with whatevers left get to a range. preferably somewhere that has different wind values. and log everything

    .308 suggestions

    howa .308...they are with out a doubt the finest reasonably priced starting point today. flat bottom receivers like the high dollar bench rest jobs. you can replace the trigger (I prefer the rifle basix) with one screw...not that the factory trigger isn't fine, I just like mine around 14 oz...
