    Re: Will Dura Coat stick to a hogue stock????? LocTite makes a good primer that removes all of the release agent from poly pro injected parts. Works great on difficult to paint surfaces.

    Re: Lathe size Take a look at the ACER 14x40. That is the one that I am running and it works great for most projects. Chuck size is another problem. I have several depending on what I am doing.

    Re: Too much headspace? Clymers tolerance is .0002 max difference from the SAAMI specs. How old are the gages? If it closed on the Clymer field I would take it to a smith and have it looked at.

    If you were going to build a 1 mile rifle is there an advantage of going with the Lapua mag over the Ultra mag? This rifle is for a as of now, non-hand loader. Aside from the fact that for that distance hand loading is a must, what would be the other advantages???
