    If the sizing die is a full length sizer, wouldn't it try to reduce the outside neck diameter and "crimp" the bullet in the case? The full length sizer usually reduces the outside neck diameter, then the decapping assembly opens the neck to a desired inside diameter. Maybe if you used a body...

    Gunsmithing Removing a broken neck from an AR15.

    With a .22 cal bronze bore brush on the end of a cleaning rod, break your A/R down for cleaning and run the brush into the chamber and slightly into the bore, then retract. The brush should grip the piece of brass neck and pull it out when you retrieve the rod.
