    Re: Ar-30 338 lapua I use VV N170 in the 338 LM, 90gr behind a 300gr SMK. RL15 is a pretty fast powder for a magnum cartridge. I would recommend H1000.

    Re: Which CZ If you are carrying the gun in the field and taking shots off-hand or from a knee, I would get the 452 American. If its main use is from a bench or bipod, get the Varmint. The American balances better and points more naturally than the Varmint.

    Re: XLR Chassis Stock I can't help you with any 56mm objective specs. On my Savage 10 XLR, I have a 20 MOA rail, Leupold 4.5-14x50mm scope and .500" high rings. My scope will just barely clear the forend. I think 1.00" rings will clear with your 56mm NF. [/img]
