So... stupid obvious way to determine the dept of penetration of the sizing mandrel.
Remove the top cap of the Mandrel die, but keep the mandrel in location. Place a round in the shell holder and run the ram up to it's max point of travel.
Screw the die down. As the mandrel begins...
I used the 1800 number listed on the Autotrickler website. My order was 5259. But given the timing I has given... I'd expect yours coming the end of April.

Right now …. bank on 2 months.
Finally got thru to a human at CE Products.
I ordered 7 March. My shipment date is planned for 4 May.
So ready for it to be here.
Andrew
Called the listed 1-800 number. Got a generic voicemail message. Not helpful!!!
Has anyone left messages on their facebook or IG pages?? and gotten a response??
Andrew
Not what I wanted to hear!!!! My order went in 7 Mar. So much for planned 4-6 weeks for delivery.
I tried [email protected] and got no response.
Please post any updates that you have please.
Andrew
I'm in the simple and effective camp. Varget 30gr, jammed 0.30" into lands, and repeat until all brass is formed. I use this while practicing positional shooting. I have suffered NO loss of brass due to split necks or incomplete forming.
Andrew
Anyone got any updates on Lead times?? Ordered mine on 7 March and wondering about an approximate ship date. I do realise they are quoting 4-6 weeks. But, wondered if the virus is having any effect.
thanks in advance.
Andrew
This is all about personal perception. What I feel, hear, and see are different that others. And it will vary with caliber, weight and position. Too many variables to quantify or qualify any statements.
Get some trigger time behind different configurations.
Best of luck.

The Neck Sizing Bushings are sold separately for those dies. Did you have a bushing?? Or forgot to order one initially?? In addition, the bushings are sold in different internal dimensions so you can adjust the amount of neck tension that is placed on the projectile.

Um... Bryan Litz is the developer for the Applied Ballistic. In terms of Ballistics, he's probably one of the smartest on the planet. I'd definitely take his "word" over a manufactures "claims" every day of the week.

.104 freebore, with about 250rounds on the barrel. Yes, the barrel has "broken in" and sped up.
With that lack luster performance from Shooters World, I'll stick to scrounging up Varget.

6mm Dasher *24-inch Barrel 107 gr Sierra MK 2.38 25 2375 31.3 2755 59,043 From Page 38 of their Online Data.
I just did a load Test with 105 Hybids - 32.4gr 2836fps, SD 9 ; 32.6gr 2874fps, SD 10
Slower than Varget. But as you point out - AVAILABLE!!!

Truthfully, I wouldn't care if it was the most accurate thing on the planet and could bounce a signal off the moon or Mars. I wouldn't own one period. Just because of the screwing that many encountered previously.
And they wouldn't even have the courtesy to give a reach-around!!!
Andrew
Never have had issues with fireforming. Simple 30g Varget, 0.030" jammed into lands, CCI Mag Small rifle primer, practice positional shooting at 450yds. Simple. Works every time.
My only broken TT Diamond trigger occurred during the GAP Grind. It blew 9 points for me.
Andrew
Had a similar issue. Sent the trigger back as I thought the sear was broken. TT told me it wasn't but was "gummed up" by oil. R...I....G....H....T.....!!
They recommended occasional cleaning of the trigger assembly with lighter fluid.
To save yourself a 6 week turn around from TT (they...
