Rifle Scopes NXS 5.5x22 vs 8x32
Was wanting to know is there any difference in the 5.5x22 and the 8x32 Nightforce NXS as far as durability? I know there is the windage and elevation difference. Just trying to deside which way to go. THANKS Bob- nrar15

Re: 6.5x55 vs 308 I'm not going to get rid of all my 308 rifles just wanting to down size a little. Have to have a couple of 308's for subsonic suff. I am thinking of getting out of the 223 game and just use the 6.5 I have an AR10 so don't really need the AR15 either. Bob- nrar15

How does the 6.5x55 stack up against 308 as a anti personel round? Thought I had read one time that the 6.5 at 140gr was more effective than the 308 175gr. Bob- nrar15

Gunsmithing Subsonic barrel
Getting ready to cut the barrel on one of my 308 Savages to use with my HVT and subsonic ammo. Anybody have an opinion on barrel lenght that works best? Or just use my 24" barrel that is already threaded. THANKS Bob- nrar15
