    Re: Burris XTR series I didnt think i was the only one shooting this scope! And I also use the XTR rings, as stated above very beefy and well made. I think for the money th is set up is pretty hard to beat. Plus i think it is a pretty mean looking scope!

    Finally put down a nice buck two nights ago. I had been out of town the first week and a half of season. This was our third trip out this season and we probably saw 40-45 different bucks, they were absolutely everywhere. Unfortunately they aren't rutting yet so getting on them can be difficult...
