    Re: Ageing Deer quarters in Fridge. Doesn't matter whether it's deboned or not, it'll age in frig just fine. We debone it, wrap it or submerge in water and cover, and let sit a week to ten days depending on age of deer.

    Re: New member, new gun, same old questions I had an 8mm Mauser years ago, a tack driver. When you stop shooting it, keep plenty of lubricant in the barrel, it seemed to go to rust quickly.

    Re: Boots The Danners are great boots, but too heavy. Your Service boots would be fine, it's the insole that you may want to look at. Try some Sorbothanes, they seem to last longer than the boots, I've used them for 30 years and wore boots every day for 27 years.

    Re: Need 380 weapon suggestions? Sig p230/232, black version is lighter than the stainless. The magazine has a plastic piece on bottom that makes it comfortable in a large hand.
