    7Rem Mag primer/powder?

    I shoot H1000 in my 7mag with the 162 Amax. Try 65gr and work your way up you may be surprised at what you get get it to do. Mine runs about 3125fps and is a flat hammer to 1k. For primers I use FGM215m but you may have trouble getting them, Winchester large magnums are a close second for me.

    Atlas Bipod ADM Lever getting loose

    Mine has an adjustment, take it off the rifle push on the lever to take the tension off the screw on the other side you should be able to adjust it then. It's a slotted nut, but won't turn till there isn't any tension on it.

    Fieldcraft 1000 yard competition cartridges... Are they man killers? effective range? Practicality?

    I kinda consider 400 lb energy to be a good number, 40 S&W JHP runs 470 at muzzle and they should plant most anyone hit solid. (Shot placement rules all).

    Redding Competition Seating Die WTF???

    The tick marks are not perfectly accurate on the die, mine runs .0013 per mark it will get you close but you gotta measure the last little bit to get it perfect. Mine runs +-.001 on seating depth based on bullet imperfections.

    Acceptable runout?

    I only check my Benchrest ammo.. .003 or higher goes to sighters. 0.00-0.01 for relay then .001-.002 for shootoffs. (better shootoff ammo don't help of you don't get to shootoff). for AR or tactical out of magazine I don't bother checking as standard operation will torque the bullet around...
