    Re: Bolt knob std thread size? Most are 5/16-24 Ive seen a few with extremely small threads though Like 10-32. If youre looking to get your bolt threaded,I would call the smith and ask what size he or she uses before buying a knob.

    Re: Looking for advice on which ammo to start with. You should shoot the same ammo all the time so that you dont have to constantly change your data and scope settings. The cheaper GOOD ammo isnt really that much cheaper. If you look around you can get into reloading pretty cheap. My .02

    timney trigger !?
