    What to expect with a JP brake on my AAC-SD 308 ?

    I have the coolie brake and its great. It isnt bad for you as the shooter at all. If someone sets up right next to you they may complain but good thing for me it keeps others from squeezing in on my spot. Very easy to stay on target and watch the vapor trail on the way in.

    not happy with new B&C Tactical

    I have a B&C and just shot it yesterday and had no problems with M118 ammo. The hand loads i assume should be quite better. I go shooting again on the 14th so i will get some picks up then. Could it have beeen a bad day at the range for ya? Most are quick to blame equipment.

    There are some nice tight shots here. The best it the 750 on steel. I do have a question though. Why would someone show off their shot group when the entire group is off target? I say a miss is a miss no matter how accurate that miss is.

    My vote, remington700 sps aac-sd. Lose the crap stock and go bell and carlson or manners. Get badger bottum metal and the big chubby muzzle break. All might peak at the $2000. You could find some deals here on the stock for a good price. That could save some money for ammo.

    About 10-20 fps with the surefire. Every once in a while we will see a 50 fps jump but not in every gun. Guns are the M40A5.

    I would say if you like lower muzzle velocity, higher felt recoil, and wish to save money on the tax of a can leave it as is. Why worry about resale after spending that much on a rifle? Keep it in the family and go with the can is my opinion. Just make sure it is done by a well known gun smith...

    Looking into a trigger upgrade but figured i would ask around prior to putting up big money. I am use to the trigger feel that comes standard on an M40A5 and would like to replicate that as best as possible. Any pro/cons on both would be much appreciated.
