    Not heavy, probably lighter than a full size scope like NF or S&B. There is nothing inside except a lamp, mirror and reticle. The body is thin aluminum.

    More info from answering questions; matching sn on bottom of bolt, no us stamp, barrel has circle M stamp denoting Military Contract or Custom shop, I don't see any markings for Magnaflux but paint is heavy, barrel marked 7.62 NATO, I slugged the barrel and it is 5R.

    Converted the gunsight from 110V to 9V using a high-power LED. Now to make a mount for the Elysium AK. 110v bulb and switch with 9v led lamp below 9v bulb fixed in place Holo sight is operational and very bright
