Rifle Scopes Side By Side Comparison Mount??

Re: Side By Side Comparison Mount?? Ummm, wouldn't it be cheaper and more efficient to just buy rings and mount/glue them in a line? What's the point of having a rail there if you only need 1 ring to hold the scope in place.

Rifle Scopes Best turrets-NF, USO, S&B

Re: Best turrets-NF, USO, S&B Having owned all 3: S&B: Best clicks in the industry, the gold standard of knobs imo. NF: Soft but still very tactile clicks, the spacing is a bit far apart for my liking but the hi-speed may be a lot better. USO: EREK knob has nice clicks and spacing...

    AI/AE MK II or AW,..NF or S&B...Combo questions ??

Re: AI/AE MK II or AW,..NF or S&B...Combo questions ?? If you are going to be shooting unsuppressed with a factory AI barrel, I would highly recommend 24" for .308 In addition, I would go AE over AW for the price and your best bet for an optic is a NF second focal plane 3.5-15x50 which I...

    Rifle Scopes Eotech Question

Re: Eotech Question A 25 yard zero will have POI at 300 yards. Meaning in between those distances you will be high, at 100 would be an extreme high arc of the curve. What you want to do is zero your Eotech at 50 yards, you will have POI at 200 yards and still be high at ranges in between...

Rifle Scopes S&B vs USO eye relief

Re: S&B vs USO eye relief I think your problem is because of the longer tube on the 5-25 which generally will decrease your eyebox. I found the eyebox on the 4-16x50 S&B to be more generous than the 3-17x44 USO. I feel that S&B has the most generous eyebox of all the scopes I've tried.

Rifle Scopes New scope: nightforce or USO?

Re: New scope: nightforce or USO? What's there to think about? You can get a similarly specced NF F1 with rings for about $500 less than a USO. The only reason why the USO would be superior is if you wanted a custom reticle, custom knobs or green illumination.

Rifle Scopes New scope: nightforce or USO?

Re: New scope: nightforce or USO? I've owned both and the NF F1 by far is better IMO. The glass quality is about the same, the knobs on the NF was better, the NF was about 30% lighter and most importantly to me, I didn't have any quality control issues on the NF (maybe I'm unlucky). The one...

Rifle Scopes Anyone have a S&B PMII 10x42

Re: Anyone have a S&B PMII 10x42 I used to have one (sold my ST-10 to get it) and I can tell you that of all the scopes I have owned, the 10x42 S&B had the best glass quality. The image through that scope was flawless, bright and almost 3D like. It was even better than 34mm S&Bs I have. I...

    Suppressors Glock gen 4 release

Re: Glock gen 4 release Can anyone comment on how big the size difference is on the Gen 4 Glock 19 to the Gen 3? I'm seriously considering getting a 4 and wondering if the trigger reach is shorter on it, my fingers are a tad bit too stubby to get 90 degree trigger engagement on a Gen3 G19...
