    Advice on cleaning brass.

I use a small shoe box sized Rubbermaid container to pour the drum into. Brass, pins and dirty water, get flushed with clean water, and I just grab a handful of brass, pour the pins out, a quick rinse under the running water, and onto a towel. I do a batch of 100 308 sized cases at a time. My...

    Chandler Sniper Rifles.

I bought my Chandler in 1997, in an era of having your choice of a McMillan, a Rem PSS or a TBA or IBA. I went with an IBA. It was an M40A3 with a 26" Hart barrel, and it shot pretty good. Took it to a local 1K Highpower warm up match, prone off a bipod, and it shot really well for having a...

    REPR or SCAR????

The REPR hands down! Many standard parts. Try finding mags for the SCAR. The REPR has the advantage of mags, any SR-25 style mag. P-mags, C-products, Larue, KAC....... If you are familiar with the AR platform, it's a no brainer. I have the 18", and while it doesn't stack bullets on top of each...

Recommend me a affordable bipod rail attachment

I run the Larue and the ARMS. Both are nice, but the Larue is a bit pricey. But they do exactly what I need them to do. Best of luck, J

    Sidearms & Scatterguns 9mm 40sw 45acp

I get the lure of these. Just think how much more accurate they would be if you used a real front rest and a 45X benchrest scope. I think they would shoot one ragged hole if it wasn't for the douch behind the trigger.

Lake City .308 LR Pulled Brass

I bought 500 last year, and probably never again. First I thought I'd save the money over buying primers. I did, but I couldn't stand the thought if sending the tar down a premium barrel. So after 1000 q-tips and some lacquer thinner and more time than I care to admit, I ran then through the...

    Sidearms & Scatterguns 9mm 40sw 45acp

Dude, you need to get chill out. I said 5 feet, not 5 yards or 50 yards. Posting pics of nice tight groups out of a hand gun, off a rest is asking for flack. Besides, what perp is going to wait for you to set your rest up so you can shoot them.

    The head stamp thread

I run PMC both crimped and non crimped in my 5.56, as well as LC. Lake City is nice and durable, as well as WCC which is Winchester Mil-spec 5.56, and is crimped. 5.56 is not fussy with brass, what ever headstamp you have the most of, start with prepping a 100 at a time. Use highpower service...
