After reading this thread, I just ordered the Armageddon Kestrel Pocket. I like that it’s hard sided so there is nothing in my pack that can crush my 5700.
Better snag that gun up! Back in 86 I picked up a Dan Wesson large frame 44 mag at the Rhein Main Gun Club. I had the 4” and 6” barrels. That thing was accurate as hell. I got married and ended up selling it. Ive always regretted selling that gun. Dan Wesson’s are very accurate.
I had the same thing happen with a pistol scope I was selling? It happed at a UPS store close to home. I told the guy at the counter he was “fucking retarded” and left. Ened up driving to the P.O. the next day.
I own the LabRadar and was lucky enough to be at the range when a guy there had is Magneto Speed. I asked if I could place my LabRadar on his bench he said sue since he was curious too. He shot about 10 rounds and the spread was within 3fps. I think both are awesome but the Labradar is easier...
I own both the 3-18 and 2-25 PST Gen II. For the price I think they are great, granted I got a military discount when I bought them. At full magnification it is a little fuzzy but I rarely go that high. I so far I’m happy with both for my intended uses.
I placed an order with AADMount for scope caps for Vortex PST gen II on Oct 18, they were back ordered. I received noticed they shipped today for a total of 17 days.
I wanted to go tomorrow but we have snow in the forecast here in Colorado Springs.
I have about 700. I had the receiver Cerakoted cause i didn’t like that anodized finish it came with.
Put this together last night. Brownells receiver, Kidd bull barrel, trigger, bolt, charging handle w/guide rod, Magpul X-22 stock.
I still need a scope may go with the Athlon Argos BTR 6-24.
I plan on ordering one in the next few weeks. The aluminum one is for rifles up to .338. It comes in 2 styles, panning and non panning. I don't know which I'll order.
