Re: Any paintballers or autococker collectors? Haven't ran it in over 10 years but I cant seem to let it go. It sits in the top of the closet with an old intimidator that is all upgraded and all the stuff to play. I should of sold it all 10 years ago when I could of gotten something back...

Gunsmithing Minimum barrel lenght to stabilize 243

Re: Minimum barrel lenght to stabilize 243 I would say 16" unless you want to go the sbr route since you are building a rifle. Get the twist right for the speed you will be shooting along with bullet weight and that 300 yards will be a walk in the park.

Re: 1197 with my 308 You are a little more neutured down there than we are. I have never shot lower than 4200' and have shot up higher than 7000' that with a 70 degree day with barely any humidity helps out a bit.

    1197 -now 1293 with my 308

Re: 1197 with my 308 We can do 1250 regularly with the 175 smk or 208 amax out of out 308 but the 168 amax falls short in the consistancy department at that distance. We are shooting at 4500'-4700' so I know that helps some. What elevation are you guys shooting at?

Re: i may have effed up fluting this barrel. A little JB weld and it should be good as new. Just be sure to index the bad side down. What was the purpose of this or were you just wanting to inspect and make a cool looking window.

OK so I have this buddy with a Glock 34 and it occasionally fails to feed with all the magazines he has. The gun was bought new and the front of the frame has always touched the barrel. I believe this may be causing some issues and the problem for the jams, what is everyones consensus. Should...
