    Re: XD 45acp conversion to 40sw 357 sig is a necked down 40. Therefore, the breechface is exactly the same, as are the magazines. The only differences between a glock 22 and 31 are the barrel and markings. 45 acp is a rimless cartridge. It headspaces off the casemouth just like 9mm and 40.

    Re: integral for a 16" AR? I saw on "Sons of Guns" last night they put an integral on an AK. Obviously this is not a blowback action. I don't know how they did it as they showed no internal pics. The gun definitely looked cool. They had the gas system enclosed within the supressor.
