Current production Winchester m70?
Anyone have any experience with the current production Winchester model 70? I am looking to buy a 300 win mag and really like the look and features of the Alaskan model. Any input as far as reliability and accuracy is appreciated. Thanks- MTS308

Rifle Scopes Please ID these scope rings
I will give you a free tip. Be careful if you put them on a scope. When I took my old scope off to upgrade to the vortex razor hd lht I scratched the tube on the old scope. Wasn't very happy about that. Lol- MTS308

They are leupold bases. I'm pretty sure they are weaver style only. I know vortex pro series rings won't fit.- MTS308

Area 419 Arca lock or something else
I'm looking at getting a the area419 14" universal rail for my manners. I've got a manners t4 with a 3 inch pic rail and ptg bottom metal. The ptg bottom metal sticks out of the stock kinda like a barricade stop, similar to Hawkins m5. Does anyone know for sure if the rail will fit without...- MTS308

Question here. How many ranges are there from central Florida to the Georgia line? Particularly longe range. Currently I'm living in Kentucky but will possibly be moving back to Florida in the next year to 18 months. I'll probably be moving to the lake city area depending on what I decide job...- MTS308

Rifle Scopes VX5 hd, NF SHV, or Razor LHT?
As far as tracking goes on my vx5hd I haven't checked to see. I don't shoot that rifle beyond 200 yards so I've never had the need to. Next range trip I'll do a tracking test and see though.- MTS308
