    Re: Act of Valor I would be Hollywood more than anything. I would also assume from a neutral standing position a person would be more likely to fall backwards when shot in the head if the legs relaxed. But thats just my take on it.

    Re: seated box jumps Nice. May have to try that at the beginning and end of my workout tomorrow and see how it goes. I'm a fan of boxes. They will get you winded quick doing hop up and down drills. Same for going up a whole set up bleachers at a big football stadium.

    Re: Cutaway #6 Was a good canopy despite being all twisted up. Hard to kick out of a line twist when you are spinning in circles around yourself and falling fast. I've kicked out of one that was easy since the canopy stayed upright. But thats how most of them go.
