    Also, you didn't mention whether or not you did any load development. It may a good idea to visit Dan Newberry's OCW site if you haven't already gone through a load development process.

    Lets back up a minute. Is your ammo not accurate enough for the purpose you are currently or intending to use it for? If it is, do not chase this. I load ammo on a dillon 550, with an RCBS X die, and make ammo plenty accurate for the tactical and f class matches I shoot in.

    I dont fuss too much over chrono readings. I use them as a starting point for developing a drop data sheet. Once I get a mv, I put together a data sheet and head to the range. That is what really matters, where the bullet goes at distance. I couldnt care less about mv, but do care a lot...

    Gunsmithing Grizzly lathe

    I was in the Springfield MO showroom the other day. They had a scratch and dent sale on one of the G0602's It had some nice gouges on the tailstock end. I was worried it wouldnt cut true, plus it was only like $75 off.

    If KAC has the logbook, ask them for copies of the pages out of it, you may catch a signature, or initials where some one did maintenance.
