Re: AUG vs MSAR http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2352989&gonew=1#UNREAD Here's a link to a current thread detailing their "troubles". What about cutting the 20" to 16" and threading it? Is that not viable?

    Problem with Timney drop-in?

Re: Problem with Timney drop-in? Thanks for the replies. I haven't had any slam fires or bursts with it, just seems like the shoe is sticking. I guess a phone call to Timney is in order. It's pretty nice here today, so I may go put a few rounds through it and see if the problem persists.

    Problem with Timney drop-in?

I've got a Timney skeletonized drop-in unit in a Colt match lower, and when firing 55gr AE fmj's I had several (maybe 8 outta 100)instances of the trigger not completely resetting. After manually re-charging the bolt, the trigger would reset. After a few times I discovered that when the...

for real men that actually deadlift

Re: for real men that actually deadlift I do stiff-legged deads, and I have for years. I keep the bar as close to my legs as possible--literally dragging it up my shins at times. I use them primarily for hams and glutes. I stand on a 4" block to get extra extension and I don't use straps...

Re: most push ups & chin ups in a row you can do? I've done 29 pull-ups on a cash bet. I haven't done push-ups in a long time, but about 180 is the most I can recall. What about you?

Re: did you work out today? I can't speak to your personal experience with big sweaty men gassing out too soon j/k, but it sounds like the traditional stereotypes that get propagated about bodyduilders. As for me, I'm 5'8" and competed at 170-175 pounds--think UFC welterweight size but...
