    6mm BRA

I'm a newer reloader (3 years) and admitted when I posted my velocity chart that I may have missed pressure signs. In the interest of getting more data out and in front of people to likely know more than me, here are the fired cases using 31.5 gr Varget (left two) and 31.7 gr N140 (right) that...

    6bra dies?

Harrell's will take 3 fired cases and make you a custom die, but what I linked is off the shelf.

    6bra dies?

https://shop.otmtactical.com/harrells-precision-6mm-bra-full-length-resizing-die.html This and a Dasher seater work great.

    Intro to PRS build help.

A 700 build would be fine (I'd look at NSS). But I'll just throw out that for about $1500 you could get a used Tikka Tac A1 and end up in about the same spot, they pop up in the classifieds here fairly frequently. The action and barrel are identical to the CTR, but the trigger is a two stage.

    6mm BRA

Yep. 6 BRA and 105 Hybrids from a 26" barrel, 1x fired Lapua brass, and 69 deg F. Using BR4 primers so again, work up slowly (and I may have missed pressure signs at the upper loads). I ended up at 31.5 gr for both.

    6mm BRA

Varget and N140 have worked great with 105 hybrids for me, and had identical velocities. The Varget was more temperature sensitive in what I tested, which surprised me, and I've heard N140 is way cleaner.

    6mm BRA

There are quite a few people using 400's in the BRA thread over on Accurate Shooter. Obviously more options are better, but if that's all you have then I'm sure you can find something that works. Like others have said just don't jump into a really hot load from someone using 450's or BR4's.

.257 Roberts AI or .25 creedmore?

If you're worried about accuracy of the 25 CM, don't be. I'm an okay not great shooter, but borrowed a local pro's gun during a match at 1000 yds, went wayyy too well, just effortless to hit steel IPSC plates. The short action and quality brass make that the easy choice if you're set on the...

    New Athlon Optics product announcements

It's $500 here but I know nothing about that site: https://usa-binoculars.com/products/athlon-helos-btr-gen2-2-12-42-ahmr2-ffp-ir-mil-214105

Does Tikka make a model comparable to the Bergara HMR in 300wm??

Exactly. The only real downside for 300 WM is the last point, the OAL is fairly limited compared to 700 clones.

    6BRA Dies

I have only used Lapua brass, but I've heard great things about Peterson BR brass too. I'm sure Alpha would be good as well, but I'll second that the fireforming is stupid easy and match-grade consistent so I wouldn't worry about that. As far as dies I use a Harrell's sizer (~$80) and it's...

What Manufacturer to Purchase next Hunting Rifle from?

I love my Tikka, and the Veil Weidland I've felt up at a store is awesome, that's the way I would go. No need to upgrade the trigger beyond a $5 spring, and personally I liked the feel of the Veil stock.

    6mm BRA

I've got a 7.5 twist, works well. 105 Hybrids (but I haven't tested others much). Harrell's Precision sizer via OTM, and any Dasher seater you like (I've got a Forster).

129 gr Nosler ABLR 26.4 gr 8208XBR 18" AA Lite barrel 2345 fps @ 65 F, 2319 fps @ 34 F Pic compared to 6 BRA with 105 Hybrid, and Labradar readings. The slow shot read out to 100 yds, which is consistent with a G7 BC way over the advertised 0.267 (would be over 0.30). I've taken five deer with...

    OK ... I'm stuck. (Literally)

That's the correct move if neck tension is too low. What wasn't clear is that you also full length sized, some people try to only neck size that that eventually ends up with oversized case heads that don't fit the chamber.

    New Athlon Optics product announcements

I believe all Athlon's are made in China except the Cronus, which is Japanese. I'm loving my ETR though.

Rifle Scopes FYI - Athlon Ares ETR 1-10x28!

Looks really interesting. I may upgrade from my PST Gen II 1-6. It's a 1-10x24, not x28, BTW.
