The victim was being assaulted and pursued by the attackers who made it very clear they had no intention to stopping their assault.     Without seeing the whole interaction and whether or not jacket provoked the altercation, you can't say if it was justified. From the audio it sounds like fatty knew jacket was armed and was daring him to go for it, though. Regardless, I'm guessing the world is a slightly better place now.
